How do I log in onboard?
You can log in using one of these methods:
- Easy Login: Scan your cruise card barcode.
- Username & Password: Use your MSC account credentials.
- New Account: Create an onboard account with your cabin details.
Can I use the app before my cruise?
Yes! Before your cruise, you can:
- Complete mobile check-in
- View your itinerary and ship details
- Book excursions, dining, spa treatments, and more
- Access your digital boarding pass.
What features are available once on board?
Once on board, the app allows you to:
- Navigate the ship with an interactive map
- Reserve activities, dining, and spa treatments
- Chat with fellow passengers on board (without needing an internet package)
- Track your onboard spending and link your credit card
- Receive notifications on events, offers, and cruise updates
Can I check my onboard expenses?
Yes! You can view your live-updated expense summary in the app and download your official onboard statement.
How does the MSC for Me wristband work?
The MSC for Me wristband* (available from age 12) allows you to:

What is Zoe?
Zoe is an in-cabin Bluetooth speaker available on select ships (MSC Bellissima, MSC Grandiosa, and MSC Virtuosa). You can connect your mobile device and enjoy your favorite music throughout your cruise.
